Customer Promise

"We want to re-assure our customers that through these very worrying times and despite the danger of corona virus that we will continue to provide our services to you, in line with government safety recommendations.

Yours and our staff’s health is of the highest importance and to this end from Wednesday 5th April we will have in place a dedicated team to closely monitor our employees health, going as far as temperature test 3 x daily.

We are consulting with local government so please be assured that all of the safety measures that we implement will exceed those recommended to us.

Our customer facing staff will be wearing personal protective equipment when they visit your home for even the smallest jobs so we ask you not to be alarmed by the visual aspect of suits and masks.

Your heating and hot water system is a vital part of your well being over the coming weeks and months. It's reasonable to say that you may expect small delays in us getting to you, however we'll keep our promise, as always and well be here when you need us.
